TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Rough Terrain Crane Operator for a high-priority industrial project in the Mercer County, PA area. This position will operate a 100-ton rough-terrain hydraulic crane on 12-hour night shifts. We are looking for a safety-focused operator with recent RT crane seat time, strong load-chart knowledge, and the ability to perform efficiently in a demanding project environment. Pay & Overtime:

$40-$46/hour based on applicable crane experience and credentials Overtime expected based on project schedule 12-hour shifts provide strong earning potential

Job Duties:

Safely operate a 100-ton rough-terrain hydraulic crane Perform crane setup, inspections, and pre-operational checks Read and work within applicable load charts and crane capacity limitations Coordinate lifts with riggers, signalpersons, supervision, and site personnel Follow established lift procedures and all site-specific safety requirements Maintain safe, consistent crane operation throughout the shift

Requirements:

Current crane operator certification/license appropriate for the equipment Recent experience operating rough-terrain cranes in the 100-ton class or comparable equipment Strong understanding of load charts, crane setup, inspections, and safe lift practices Ability to complete required DOT drug screening Ability to complete required site Operator Qualifications Reliable transportation and availability for 12-hour night shifts

Ideal Candidate:

Has recent, verifiable experience operating 75-130+ ton rough-terrain cranes Has industrial, energy, shutdown, outage, or similar project experience Demonstrates strong safety awareness and communication with rigging crews Is dependable and comfortable working independently on night shift Can meet project onboarding and start requirements promptly .
