$26.00 - $40.00 per hour About Us PNK Group is a vertically integrated industrial construction and development company specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects throughout the United States. We combine engineering, development, manufacturing, and construction under one roof to deliver high-quality projects efficiently and safely. We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely operating cranes to move materials, equipment, and oversized loads while supporting daily construction and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Safely operate mobile cranes and lifting equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Lift, position, and transport construction materials, equipment, and oversized loads. Perform daily crane inspections and complete required equipment checklists. Read load charts and determine safe lifting capacities. Inspect rigging, slings, hooks, and lifting accessories before each lift. Communicate effectively with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and other crew members. Perform lifts while maintaining strict safety procedures. Assist with loading and unloading heavy materials and equipment. Report equipment defects or maintenance concerns immediately. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments. Current NCCCO Crane Operator Certification is required. Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures, load charts, and rigging practices. Experience performing heavy lifts safely and efficiently. Ability to work safely around active construction sites and manufacturing operations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Valid driver's license required. OSHA certification is a plus.
