Full-Time | Year-Round Work Experienced Crane Operators - Join Our Team Allison Crane & Rigging is looking for an experienced, safety-focused NCCCO Certified Crane Operator with a Class A CDL to join our team. Responsibilities include:
Safely operate mobile cranes in accordance with NCCCO, OSHA, and company safety requirements Drive and transport cranes and related equipment using a Class A CDL Set up cranes safely and efficiently at job sites Read and properly apply load charts Understand lift plans, crane capacities, and site conditions Work closely with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and other job site personnel Perform daily pre-trip and equipment inspections Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach on every job Travel to out-of-town job sites when required For jobs requiring employees to work out of town, Allison Crane & Rigging provides company-paid lodging and a daily per diem. Per diem is provided only while working out of town. What We're Looking For Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification TLL, TSS, or equivalent certification Valid Class A CDL Acceptable driving record Crane operating experience; 2+ years preferred Strong understanding of rigging practices, load charts, crane setup, and lift plans Ability to safely operate equipment in changing job site conditions Dependable and willing to travel when needed Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism Candidates must be able to pass required pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.
