Job Overview We are seeking a Crane Operator and/ or Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of cranes and heavy equipment on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Crane Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are moved efficiently and safely throughout the job site. Duties Operate cranes and semi trucks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate lifting operations and ensure materials are delivered accurately. Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery. Communicate effectively with ground crew members to ensure safe lifting and placement of materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Skills Experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly cranes is a plus. Strong understanding of construction site procedures and safety measures. Ability to build rapport with team members and communicate effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) may be required for certain positions.
