Job Description
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and efficient candidates for a Cast House Crane Operator position with a Leading Zinc Refinery. This position will pay $19.00 per hour, and it is working 7pm-7am Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Pour molten zinc into molds, controlling the level/weight, checking for moisture, and skimming Operate automated stacker, writing weights, numbering, and straightening the stacks Operate an overhead crane and forklift to remove jumbos from molds Place jumbos into compact stacks, and if necessary weigh and number them before placement on cooling floor Other responsibilities include: production, sorting, packing, and delivery of zinc dust to purification Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with Company procedures, rules and regulations Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous forklift operation experience is preferred- Company will certify Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of
