Job Description
Crane Spotter/Runner w/ Forklift Operator Experience Needed! ResourceMFG is hiring experienced forklift operators. We offer good pay, benefits, and a friendly, safe work environment. Put your skills to the test and make your mark with us.
Job Requirements:
- Act as the designated spotter for crane operations to ensure safe movement of loads
- Maintain constant visual contact with the load, crane, and surrounding environment
- Communicate clearly with crane operators using hand signals and/or radio
- Monitor for hazards and stop operations if unsafe conditions arise
- Ensure compliance with all site safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading materials in the yard
- Perform general yard duties including staging, organizing, and securing materials
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas to support safe operations
- Support inbound and outbound shipment activities as needed
- Operate forklifts to move, stage, and load materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
