The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in crane operation, and will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating machinery to lift, move, and position materials as required. The role demands a strong understanding of oil and gas practices and mechanical knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of equipment. Responsibilities Operate cranes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently on sites. Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to coordinate lifting operations. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct routine maintenance on cranes and other machinery, reporting any issues promptly. Assist in the training of less experienced operators as needed. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Qualifications Two years of operation in the oil and gas sector Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operation and maintenance. Valid commercial driving license required; ability to operate multiple types of vehicles is a plus. Class A preferred. Ability to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must possess a current NCCCO certification
