Job Description We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Rough Terrain Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating rough terrain cranes on commercial, industrial, or construction job sites while maintaining strict safety standards. Responsibilities Operate rough terrain cranes safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Read and understand load charts and lift plans Communicate effectively with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors Ensure all lifts are completed according to OSHA and company safety standards Assist with setup, teardown, and transportation preparation of crane equipment Requirements Valid NCCCO Certification (or equivalent) preferred Minimum [3] years of crane operating experience Strong understanding of crane safety procedures Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Hair follicle drug testing will be required upon hiring.
