Steady weekday work in a manufacturing and fabrication environment Kodiak is hiring a safety-focused Rigging / Crane Operator to move pipe, steel, fabricated assemblies, and other heavy materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment. We should talk if you have experience with: Overhead cranes, rigging, forklifts, load balancing, weight distribution, center-of-gravity calculations, load charts, oversized loads, unbalanced loads, pipe bundles, pipe spools, structural steel, fabricated assemblies, chains, slings, shackles, spreader bars, hand signals, equipment inspections, and OSHA safety practices. What You'll Do Safely rig, lift, rotate, position, load, and unload heavy materials throughout the shop. Inspect equipment before use, maintain load control, follow lift plans, and communicate with welders, fabricators, and production teams. Qualifications 2+ years of crane, forklift, or industrial rigging experience Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work around heavy equipment NCCCO, Forklift, Rigger, Signal Person, OSHA 10, or OSHA 30 certifications are preferred but not required

Experience:

Crane operating: 2 years (Required) manufacturing operating : 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
