Responsibilities include moving, setting up, and operating related equipment to assist with drilling activities. This role requires repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small crew environment. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and is generally physically demanding. This position involves regional and national travel throughout approximately 80% of scheduled workdays, combining the adventure of working in new places with the stability of steady, full-time work. Compensation Range Estimated annual earning potential: $82,000-$102,000, including overtime, per diem, and bonuses.
