We are seeking a Drill Assistant / Driller Helper to support drilling operations throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow into a Driller position. No drilling experience required — we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ideal Candidate Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, traveling, operating equipment, working with tools, and being part of a hardworking team environment. Individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and willing to learn will do well in this role. What You'll Do Assist drillers with daily drilling operations Move, set up, and maintain drilling rigs and support equipment Load tools, materials, and supplies onto trucks and drill rigs Drive medium-duty trucks to and from job sites Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment servicing Assist with well installation, sampling, and field operations Perform physical labor including lifting, shoveling, and transporting materials Work outdoors in all weather conditions Travel regularly throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required (Class A or B CDL is a plus) Clean driving record Must be willing to travel extensively and work out of town Some weekend work required Ability to lift 75+ pounds throughout the workday Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn Must be at least 21 years old to meet interstate DOT regulations Must pass a DOT drug screening, including marijuana Pay $22.00-$24.00 per hour starting pay Higher starting pay may be available depending on experience and CDL status Benefits Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Platinum & Gold Health Insurance Plans Dental & Vision Insurance Aflac Supplemental Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plans 401(k) with Company Match Cell Phone Stipend Additional benefits available
