NOW HIRING - WATER WELL TOOL PUSHER

Pay:

DOE (Depending on Experience) We are seeking an experienced Water Well Tool Pusher to lead drilling operations on municipal, agricultural, industrial, and domestic water well projects. This is a leadership position for an individual with extensive drilling knowledge, excellent crew management skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work safely and efficiently. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of water well drilling experience preferred Extensive experience with Flooded Reverse Circulation and Mud Rotary drilling methods is required Municipal water well drilling experience required Previous Tool Pusher, Driller, or Superintendent experience preferred Strong knowledge of well construction, casing installation, gravel packing, cement grouting, and well development Mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and diesel drilling equipment Valid driver's license required CDL preferred Ability to travel and work overtime as project schedules require Responsibilities Supervise all daily drilling operations and field personnel. Plan and execute municipal water well projects from mobilization through completion. Manage drilling crews to maintain productivity, quality, and safety. Monitor drilling fluid properties, circulation systems, and borehole conditions. Oversee flooded reverse circulation and mud rotary drilling operations. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and company safety standards. Complete daily reports, drilling logs, and project documentation. Train and mentor drillers and drill helpers.
