Job Description:
We are a small, Arvada, CO-based directional drilling company seeking motivated and hardworking laborers to join our traveling Directional Plow and Drill Crews . As a laborer, you will assist with the installation of underground utilities using directional drilling and plowing equipment. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires teamwork, safety awareness, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Assist with operating and maintaining directional drilling and plowing equipment. Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the job site. Prepare trenches, install conduit or pipe, and restore job sites after work is completed. Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is conducted efficiently. Support crew members with various tasks as directed by the crew leader or foreman.
Requirements:
Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required—training will be provided. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills. Valid driver's license
