Position Summary:

The Geothermal Drilling Laborer will work under the supervision of the driller to assist with all aspects of drilling operations. This position is physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the driller with daily rig operations and site preparation Safely handle, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and equipment setup Perform general, routine maintenance on equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Support the crew in achieving project goals efficiently and safely

Qualifications:

Clean Driving Record Prior construction experience preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required CDL preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong teamwork, reliability, and commitment to safety Career-oriented with the desire for professional growth

Work Schedule & Compensation:
