This role offers an opportunity to work with heavy equipment, develop technical skills, and contribute to vital infrastructure development. Whether you're assisting with drilling operations or handling various machinery on-site, your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will drive project success. We are committed to providing a safe, engaging environment where you can grow your expertise and make a tangible impact. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on site Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, backhoes and water trucks to support drilling and construction activities Support the installation and repair of water wells Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations, including working around heavy equipment Respond to service calls/problem solving Cannot be limited to light duty Requirements Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate or assist in operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, and water trucks Valid (clean)driver's license, CDL a plus! Prior construction site experience is highly desirable; familiarity with water well drilling is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction environments Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions English speaking required Electrical/plumbing/welding skills a plus Pay based on experience and ability Drug free workplace
