What You'll Do Operate heavy construction and excavation equipment safely and efficiently. Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, and other specialized equipment . Assist with excavation, utility, and construction projects. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues. Load, unload, move, and position materials as needed. Work alongside field crews to keep projects moving efficiently. Follow job-site safety procedures and company guidelines. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Assist with additional labor and site duties when needed. What We're Looking For Experience with excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, boring equipment, or similar machinery. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel throughout Southeast Michigan. Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work. Strong attention to safety and equipment operation.
