Description:

We're building out traveling drill crews for telecommunications and fiber construction projects nationwide, with the first assignment based in Duluth, MN. This is a 100% travel position — you'll work on job sites across the country as projects are assigned. All travel costs and required certifications are covered. Pay & Benefits $35-$47 per hour, based on experience $30 per day worked in per diem All travel costs covered All required certifications covered What You'll Do Operate horizontal directional drilling equipment to install underground conduit and fiber optic cable Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot drilling equipment, including daily inspections Follow bore plans, utility markings, and site prints to drill accurate paths Work closely with a locator to track depth, pitch, and bore path in real time Travel to a new job site as assignments come up, starting with Duluth, MN What We're Looking For Hands-on experience operating directional drilling equipment on telecommunications or fiber construction projects Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willing and able to travel 100% of the time Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check, a drug screening, and a felony background check Class A commercial driver's license is a nice-to-have, not required Ready to take your directional drilling experience on the road?
