Pay is based on experience and is negotiable. Duties Operate heavy machinery including excavators, skidsteers, forklifts, man lifts, air compressors, various drill rigs. Conduct geotechnical assessments by performing site inspections, soil sampling, and monitoring ground stability. Assist with pipeline installation and maintenance projects, ensuring proper alignment and safety procedures are followed. Execute horizontal/vertical drilling operations for both above and below ground operations. Support construction activities related to mining infrastructure, including site preparation and material handling. Adhere to

OSHA/MSHA

regulations and company safety policies at all times during operations. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project progress while maintaining a safe work environment. Skills Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, water trucks, skidsteers, and other various equipment. Mechanical knowledge related to construction and mining equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site operations. Experience working on construction sites and/or MSHA sites. Strong understanding of geotechnical principles relevant to mining operations and site stability. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is beneficial
