Off Grid Land Development is a small New Mexico crew that builds complete off-grid setups on raw land: solar power, solar well pumps, septic systems, and the land work that ties it all together. Wherever the grid stops, we keep going. We're growing and need hard-working field workers who can run equipment and show up ready to work. What You'll Do

• Operate equipment (excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and similar) for trenching, grading, site prep, and brush clearing
• Help install off-grid solar and battery systems, solar well pumps, and septic systems
• Dig and backfill trenches, lay pipe and conduit, and grade driveways
• Travel to remote job sites across central New Mexico
• Load, haul, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, and wind, and stay on the job until it's done right What You Need
• Equipment operating experience (excavator, skid steer, backhoe, or similar)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and do physical work outdoors all day
• Dependable, on time, and willing to learn
• Construction, solar, plumbing, or septic experience is a plus What We Offer
