The ideal candidate will have experience in surface reverse circulation (RC) drilling and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities Operate and maintain surface RC drilling equipment in mining projects. Ensure drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on drilling machinery. Collaborate with the exploration team to meet project goals and timelines. Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and sample collection. Requirements Proven experience in surface RC drilling within mining. Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment. Willingness to undergo a hair follicle drug screen and background check. Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills.
