Role:

Advanced Underground Inc. is looking for a hardworking and motivated Directional Drill Laborer to join our crew in Hamilton, OH. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced underground utility professionals on exciting infrastructure projects. Responsibilities:

Assist directional drilling crew with setup, operation, and breakdown of HDD (horizontal directional drilling) equipment Support drill operators during boring and pipe-pulling operations Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, and site preparation Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites Assist with underground utility installation including conduit, and fiber lines

Requirements:

Prior experience in underground utilities, directional drilling, or construction preferred not mandatory. Ability to perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Valid driver's license preferred; CDL a plus Willingness to follow all OSHA safety standards and company protocols Ability to operate hand tools and light equipment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
