Role Summary We are hiring full-time Auger Drillers to operate advanced auger drill rigs across a variety of job sites, leading field operations, supervising crews, and ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met. Candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude, leadership experience, and hands-on experience with hollow stem auger, ODEX casing advancement, HQ wireline coring, installation of 2" and 4" monitoring wells, and geotechnical drilling.

Compensation Range:

$27.00-$45.00 Hourly (Dependent on Experience) This is a travel-heavy role with a 5-on/2-off or 10-on/4-off schedule, working 10-12-hour shifts. Overtime is common and occasionally required, with advance notice provided. Basic Qualifications Driller's License in
