Job Description
Stubbs Drilling & Blasting is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (Driller) to join our team. You'll operate equipment on drilling, blasting, and rock removal projects while helping us get the job done safely, efficiently, and professionally . Experienced with heavy equipment? We'll train the right person to become a skilled rock driller and grow with our team. Pay will depend on experience and could go beyond the $30 an hour Responsibilities Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment Assist with rock removal, trenching, drilling, and blasting projects Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with our drilling and blasting crew Experiance preferred Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Construction or excavation experience preferred Join the Stubbs Drilling & Blasting team and be part of a growing, family-oriented company where safety and quality come first.
