The ability to perform essential duties involving lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and handling tools and materials, with or without reasonable accommodation. A safety-first attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a crew. Availability for early starts, changing jobsite schedules, overtime, and overnight travel as projects require. Construction, landscaping, farming, utility, mechanical, or other hands-on work experience is helpful. Prior drilling experience is a plus, but is not required for this helper position.
