Job Description

Our client is a well-established large energy company looking for a Geothermal Driller. Mobilize drilling equipment including various applications within an urban and suburban environment. Perform geotechnical and environmental drilling methods. Install test wells and conduct feasibility studies with the Geothermal team. Ensure project safety, organization, and security of all equipment and personnel. Willingness to crosstrain. Operate and care for drill rigs, machines, and other equipment as needed. Responsible for site safety and the safety of the drilling crew. Understand mechanics and requirements for drill sites. Hauling, lifting (60-80 lbs.), moving, loading, and digging materials and equipment. Requires standing and bending for extended periods of time. Mobilization of equipment to job site. Comfortability working outdoors in all elements. All other duties and projects as assigned. •High School Diploma required. Must have an OSHA 30; SST card and Flagger certification strongly preferred. Must have an active Driver's License with the ability to obtain CDL. Prior experience operating drilling equipment is a must. Understands and follow utility locate law and compliance procedures, safety protocols, instructions, and quality regulations. 5+ years of construction and/or drilling experience (either
NY, NJ, CT, MA
Master Drilling license a plus); IGSHPA certification preferred. Experience with geothermal heat pumps. Willing to travel within the Northeast. Salary $100,000- $115,000 #IND2
