Job Description

GridSource is seeking a Directional Drill Equipment Operator with a Class A CDL in the Mauldin, SC area .
Pay Rate:
$30 per hour We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Pay Weekly Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Plan Paid sick leave in accordance with any applicable state or municipal laws What you will do: Operate an Excavator efficiently and safely Operate a Horizontal Drill efficiently and safely Learn and independently operate facility equipment Use all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Stay updated on industry technological advancements Communicate effectively to resolve issues Support team efforts and uphold GridSource' s mission and values Maintain a positive work environment and build professional relationships Identify and implement process improvements Follow GridSource policies and procedures What you need: Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a Directional Drill, Excavator, and Digger Dyrek Valid driver's license / Class A CDL Required Must be willing to take emergency callouts Ability to operate heavy equipment and manage crews Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of construction, the National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations, and safety standards High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred Experience in environments with moderate to loud noise and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed GridSource is a proud supporter of our U.S. military, veterans, and their families Thank You for Your Service!
