Job Summary:
As a Drill Rig Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our geo-technical projects, operating drill rigs and ensuring that each drill operation adheres to the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate drilling machinery to produce foundation holes based on specified depths and diameters. Monitor and ensure the stability of the drill rig and equipment during operations. Work closely with Lab supervisors and project engineers to ensure drilling operations align with project specifications. Regularly inspect and maintain drilling equipment, noting any potential issues or necessary repairs. Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations. Coordinate with other crew members for efficient project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Drill Rig Operator in the drilling industry of at least two years. Must have a CDL drivers license Knowledge of different drilling methods and techniques. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues. Able to obtain samples as required by Project Engineer. Able to document on
