This position is ideal for someone interested in construction, drilling, heavy equipment, or outdoor field work. No previous drilling experience is required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with geotechnical drilling and soil sampling operations. Learn to safely operate and maintain drilling equipment. Assist with setup, tooling, sampling, and daily drilling activities. Perform basic equipment inspections and routine maintenance. Properly handle and organize soil and rock samples. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Complete basic field documentation and drilling logs. Follow company, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements. Travel to various job sites as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma/GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather. Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift approximately 50 lbs. or more. Ability to work around heavy equipment and active construction sites. Mechanical aptitude, farm work or construction experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and advance within the company.
