The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in various environments. The Driller will play a crucial role in our projects, contributing to the successful completion of drilling tasks. Duties Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment, including backhoes and loaders, to perform drilling tasks effectively. Conduct horizontal drilling operations with precision and attention to detail. Manage water trucks and tankers for fluid management during drilling processes. Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling schedules. Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project specifications. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Skills Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to loaders, backhoes, and water trucks. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining drilling machinery. Experience with horizontal drilling techniques and machinery. Valid commercial driving license is a must for operating vehicles on-site. Ability to dig effectively using various types of drilling equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
