Description GTA is currently seeking a Geotechnical Driller for our Sterling, VA office . Successful applicants should have experience with the following: Performing geotechnical and direct push "Geoprobe" explorations and well installations using hollow stem auger and mud rotary methods. Performing day-to-day operation and maintenance of drill rig equipment Documenting geotechnical boring with daily logs Maintaining a clean and hazard free work area Operating within state and local regulations This is a physically demanding position; successful candidates must have the ability to lift 50+ pounds, have the ability to walk on uneven terrain and in undeveloped wooded areas.
