Job Description
Experienced • Full-Time • Prevailing Wage Western United Civil Group is a growing civil construction company seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our team. All of our projects are public work subject to prevailing wage pay and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right. Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on operating experience Proven experience digging around underground utilities safely and accurately Experience setting large structures (vaults, manholes, culverts, or similar) Understands grades and can work to grade accurately in the field Proficient in different styles of shoring, including trench boxes, sheet piling, and shoring systems Professional references required — we will verify your experience Must be willing and able to work out of town as projects require What We Offer Prevailing wage pay Solid team environment Steady work & growth If you're a skilled operator who knows how to work around utilities, handle large structure placements, and aren't afraid to travel — we want to hear from you.
