Summary As a Drill Operator / Locator, you will be essential in executing horizontal drilling operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. Reporting to the site supervisor, your core mechanical knowledge and expertise in heavy equipment operation will ensure the successful installation of pipelines. You will utilize your relevant skills in OSHA regulations, excavators, and commercial driving, specifically with a CDL A and Tanker endorsement, to navigate construction sites effectively. Join our team to contribute to vital projects in the oil and gas industry while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Must have experience running Ditch Witch Drills and or Vermeer Drills or Locating the Drill Box on Drills. Responsibilities Operate drilling equipment and locate underground utilities using horizontal drilling techniques. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on construction sites. Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment, including excavators and water trucks. Transport materials and equipment using a CDL A tanker truck with the appropriate endorsements. Collaborate with team members to execute pipeline installation and construction projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of drilling operations and equipment usage.
