Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full Time Welder/PTA Operator to join our team in Casper, WY . This position performs duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop. Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers. Experience in applying various Hard Facings used on Stabilizers Experience in repairing Stabilizers Manual Cylindrical Grinding Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements. Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred. 1 year of welding experience preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
