Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Water Well Driller & Pump Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will operate and maintain drilling equipment to install and repair water wells, ensuring safe and efficient water access for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Responsibilities Operate drilling rigs and associated heavy equipment such as backhoes, water trucks, and drilling machinery to install or repair water wells. Conduct routine maintenance on construction machinery and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications. Perform utility locating to identify underground utilities before excavation or drilling activities, ensuring safety and compliance with federal construction safety regulations. Drive commercial rigs, water trucks, or trailers to transport equipment, materials, or personnel between job sites. Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, safety inspections, and project progress. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation, construction site protocols, and federal safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery including backhoes (backhoe operation), drill rigs and water trucks. CDL Preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform routine maintenance on construction equipment. Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial truck driving; ability to operate trucks safely Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures essential. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
