We are currently adding hard-working Drywall Patchers, Prep Workers, and Painters to our local crew for steady, year-round repair work. Whether you have some residential painting experience, know your way around basic mudding and taping, or are a reliable worker eager to sharpen your finishing skills, we have a spot on our team for you.
What You'll Do Site Prep & Protection:
Mask off work areas, lay down drop cloths, and protect floors to keep customer spaces clean and dust-free.
Drywall Repairs:
Hang patch drywall, apply tape and mud, and sand walls smooth and ready for paint.
Painting:
Caulk baseboards/trim, prime patches, and roll, brush, or spray interior walls and ceilings.
Clean-Up & Transport:
Keep tools and sprayers clean, manage job-site waste, and drive/commute reliably between Anchorage-area jobs.
What We're Looking For Driver's License:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required).
Experience:
6+ months of basic experience with drywall patching, taping, or residential painting preferred (entry to mid-level).
Work Ethic:
Punctual, dependable, and ready to put in honest full-time hours. Eye for
Detail:
Cares about clean paint lines, smooth finishes, and respectful job-site etiquette.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work on ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand/reach for full shifts.
