Drywall Hanger / Finisher / Framer

• We are seeking an experienced and dependable Drywall Hanger, Finisher, and Framer to join our team. This position is responsible for performing commercial construction work involving metal framing, drywall installation, and drywall finishing while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Layout and install metal framing for walls, ceilings, soffits, and other structures. Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall according to project plans and specifications. Install drywall on walls, ceilings, partitions, and framed assemblies. Tape, mud, and finish drywall joints, corners, fasteners, and imperfections. Sand and prepare finished surfaces for paint or other final finishes. Install corner bead, backing, blocking, and related materials as required. Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and measurements. Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, ladders, and other construction equipment safely. Maintain accurate measurements and produce clean, professional-quality work. Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company and jobsite safety policies and procedures. Perform additional construction-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous drywall hanging, finishing, and/or framing experience preferred. Knowledge of commercial construction methods and materials. Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic layout tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a construction crew. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Ability to perform the physical duties associated with construction work and work in an active jobsite environment. Adequate transportation required due to location through secured gates.

Pay:

$30.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
