Position Summary We are seeking experienced and dependable Metal Stud Framers and Drywallers to join our construction team. This position will be responsible for metal stud framing, drywall installation, finishing, and related construction work associated with ongoing renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, take pride in quality workmanship, and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced job-site environment. Must have your own tools. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install and construct metal stud framing for walls, partitions, ceilings, and other structures. Measure, cut, and install metal studs and track according to plans and specifications. Install drywall, including hanging, cutting, and securing panels. Tape, mud, and finish drywall joints and corners. Perform drywall repairs and finishing as needed. Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and measurements. Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and properly. Ensure completed work meets quality, alignment, and finish standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures. Work cooperatively with other construction team members and contractors. Perform other construction-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in metal stud framing and/or drywall installation. Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install construction materials. Knowledge of drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing techniques. Ability to read basic blueprints, plans, and construction drawings. Proficiency with common hand and power tools used in framing and drywall work. Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas when required. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver construction materials and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety requirements. Previous commercial construction or renovation experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in varying temperatures and construction environments. Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and other equipment as required.
