Who We're Looking For Lifetime Home Remodeling is looking for an experienced drywall and stucco subcontractor crew to support our growing installation operations throughout Prescott, Prescott Valley, and surrounding Northern Arizona territories. We are looking for an established crew or subcontracting business with proven experience in residential drywall, stucco, exterior repairs, finishing, and remodeling-related work. The ideal partner takes pride in quality craftsmanship, maintains a professional jobsite, communicates effectively with our Project Managers, and has the capacity to complete projects efficiently and to Lifetime's standards. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for a crew or subcontracting business—not a traditional hourly employee position. What You'll Be Doing Drywall Installation & Repair:

Complete drywall installation, patching, repair, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing associated with remodeling projects.

Stucco Installation & Repair:

Perform stucco repairs, patching, texture matching, application, and finishing to create a seamless appearance around completed remodeling work.

Project Completion:

Complete assigned scopes of work accurately, efficiently, and according to project specifications and agreed-upon timelines.

Jobsite Preparation:

Protect surrounding surfaces, prepare work areas, and ensure the jobsite is ready for installation and finishing work.

Finish Work:

Deliver clean, professional drywall and stucco finishes that meet Lifetime's quality expectations and homeowner standards.

Quality Control:

Inspect completed work, identify deficiencies, and correct issues before project closeout.

Project Coordination:

Communicate with Lifetime Project Managers and installation teams regarding jobsite conditions, project requirements, materials, and any issues that could impact completion.

Material Management:

Provide and properly utilize the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete assigned scopes of work unless otherwise specified by Lifetime.

Jobsite Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment throughout the project and properly dispose of construction debris.

Customer Experience:

Conduct yourself professionally in and around customers' homes and protect the homeowner's property throughout the project.

Documentation:

Provide requested completion documentation, photos, notes, and other information necessary for project tracking and closeout.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow applicable building codes, safety requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Lifetime jobsite standards. What You Need Established drywall and/or stucco subcontracting business or experienced installation crew Proven experience with residential remodeling, drywall, stucco, or related finish work Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality drywall installation, patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Strong stucco repair and finishing experience, including texture matching Ability to complete projects according to defined scopes of work and timelines Professional communication and responsiveness with Lifetime's Project Managers and operations team Reliable transportation capable of transporting your crew, tools, and equipment Own professional tools and equipment necessary to perform the work Ability to work independently and manage your crew without direct supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to maintain professional, clean, and organized jobsites Valid business registration and required tax documentation Active General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage or applicable exemption, as required by law Ability to meet applicable Arizona licensing, permitting, and regulatory requirements References, portfolio, or demonstrated history of completed residential projects preferred Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding construction and finish work Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in various positions Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver drywall, stucco materials, tools, and equipment Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and elevated surfaces when required Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other construction equipment Ability to travel throughout Prescott, Prescott Valley, and surrounding territories Ability to safely perform work within active residential construction and remodeling environments Independent Contractor Terms As a 1099 subcontractor , you will operate as an independent business responsible for your own labor, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, licensing, taxes, and business operations. Lifetime Home Remodeling will provide project scopes and coordinate project requirements while the subcontractor remains responsible for determining its own labor, methods, scheduling, and business operations within the agreed-upon project scope and applicable quality and safety requirements. Compensation will be structured on a per-project or per-scope basis, based on the agreed-upon work to be completed.
