Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Scaffold Builder to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient access for workers and materials. Your expertise will support a wide range of projects, including building construction, remodeling, window installation, and outdoor work environments. Responsibilities Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to determine scaffold layout and requirements Inspect scaffolding components regularly for stability, damage, or wear; perform repairs as needed Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of scaffolding with ongoing work Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely during scaffold assembly and disassembly Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Assist in the installation of building materials such as stucco, trim carpentry elements, flooring, or exterior finishes on scaffolding platforms Skills Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on scaffold building and safety compliance Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation related to scaffolding tasks Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for various projects Experience with building material installation including drywall, plastering, caulking, or hardscape work Knowledge of electrical systems or plumbing installations is a plus for integrated project support Outdoor work experience across diverse weather conditions; comfortable working at heights on elevated scaffolds Proficiency with Bluebeam software or similar digital tools for project documentation is advantageous Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while maintaining productivity on fast-paced projects Join us in building safe, reliable structures that stand the test of time!
