That's the job. You won't be one of a hundred guys on some big anonymous construction crew — you'd be working directly with our team on real jobs around the
South Bay:
patching up water damage after a leak, closing up access panels once a repair's done, occasional new-build or remodel work when it comes up. What you'll be doing Taping and mudding walls so the patch disappears — no visible seams, no shortcuts Sanding it smooth and ready for paint Repairing water-damaged drywall so it looks like nothing happened Reading job plans well enough to match existing walls and finishes Running your own tools — taping knives, sanders, drills, saws — and taking care of them Occasional stud framing or texture-matching outside straight drywall work What we're looking for You've done drywall finishing before — taping, mudding, texturing, repair — and you're actually good at it You can read a plan and know what "match existing" means in practice You handle yourself safely on a jobsite without being told twice Bonus points for water damage restoration, stucco, framing, or painting experience — we'll use it We're a small crew and we notice who shows up and does the work right. Pay:
$35.00 - $41.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
