Framer / Craftsperson

Description Looking to hire a Framer for a commercial project in Rancho Santa Fe then other locations around the state Ideal candidate must have 3-4 years' experience in hanging/finishing drywall and framing They must have great knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Construct and install drywall using metal stud framer/hanger/finisher hand tools and power tools. Follow blueprints and specifications directed from Lead. Frame walls, hang and/or finish drywall, and install ceilings with efficiency and quality. Prepare or assist with layout, using lasers, squares, chalk lines, etc. Demolition as required Knowledgeable in other trades They will be supervising other trades when the superintendent is off site Skills drywall, drywaller, hanging, taper, finishing, hanger, hand tools, power tools, knives, tapping pan, screw driver Top Skills Details drywall,drywaller,hanging,taper,finishing,hanger Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have all tools/PPE Must be able to hang and finish drywall Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chula Vista, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
