Responsibilities Perform thorough gutter cleaning on various types of buildings, including residential homes and high-rise structures, using appropriate tools and techniques. Utilize pressure washers designed for gutter and window cleaning to remove debris, dirt, and buildup efficiently. Conduct storefront window cleaning, skylight cleaning, and interior window cleaning to enhance property appearance. Employ ladder use, rope access techniques, scissor lifts, and traditional squeegee methods safely to reach challenging areas. Use specialized cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and handheld tools while following all safety procedures. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and addressing any concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Qualifications Prior experience in outdoor maintenance, custodial work, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with ladder use, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and rope access techniques is highly desirable. Knowledge of window cleaning methods—including traditional squeegee techniques—and skylight or high-rise building window cleaning is a plus. Ability to operate pressure washers safely for window cleaning purposes. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
