Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a skilled remodeler who wants to grow with our company. We specialize in Kitchen and Bathroom renovations, high-quality work and great customer service. We are seeking someone who can be trusted on job sites, to make good decisions, give attention to detail, while at the same time being honest and being able and willing to learn. This position will start off as mostly skilled labor. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with our company, take on new responsibilities and advance as our company expands. Responsibilities Perform skilled labor in remodels; from demo to the finishing touches. Read, interpret and accurately execute plans. Communicate professionally and effectively with the homeowners and other members of the team. Keep a safe, organized and clean jobsite throughout the project. Learn new skills, techniques and areas of the trade. Work efficiently and maintain a high-quality standard of work and attention to detail. Adapt to project changes as needed. Qualifications Ability to accurately read and interpret construction plans and drawings. Be skilled in at least one of the following categories and have a basic knowledge in the following: Drywall/Plaster/Stucco, Tile, Flooring, Finish Carpentry, Cabinetry/Millwork, Paint, and Framing. Basic understanding on residential construction, including Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical systems. Willingness to continue to learn and stay up to date on new laws, codes, and techniques. Strong attention to detail and keeping a clean vehicle and worksite. Strong good, clear and professional communication skills. Willingness to comply with all applicable laws, safety requirements and company ethical standards. Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards on construction sites is a must.
