We specialize in tenant improvements, remodels, renovations, and construction within hospitals, medical facilities, corporate offices, and other occupied commercial environments. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Installer to join our team in a permanent, full-time position. Drywall will be the primary responsibility, but we need someone versatile and willing to assist with other general construction work when required. This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in clean, detailed work, communicates well, and understands the professionalism required when working inside active commercial facilities. What We Offer Permanent, full-time employment Steady and consistent commercial construction opportunities Projects primarily throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties Mostly daytime work Opportunities to apply and expand skills across multiple areas of construction A professional team that values quality, reliability, and versatility Primary Responsibilities Install, hang, repair, and replace drywall Perform drywall patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Match and blend repairs into surrounding finished surfaces Measure, cut, fit, and secure drywall materials accurately Assist with light framing and backing as required Perform caulking, plaster repairs, painting, door installation, and other finish work Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and general construction tasks when assigned Protect existing finishes and occupied areas before beginning work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite throughout the workday Work independently or alongside company employees and subcontractors Communicate progress, material needs, and jobsite issues clearly Complete punch-list items and general repairs as needed Required Experience and Qualifications Previous professional construction experience is required Demonstrated experience with commercial drywall installation and repair Knowledge of drywall hanging, patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Ability to produce clean, professional repairs and finishes Willingness and ability to assist with other construction trades Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Must have personal construction tools Must have reliable transportation to and from different project locations Additional Experience Is a Plus Metal or wood framing Carpentry and door installation Caulking and plastering Painting and finish work Cabinet installation Minor plumbing or electrical repairs Fabrication or equipment operation Reading blueprints, plans, and construction details Professionalism and Jobsite Cleanliness A significant portion of our work takes place inside active medical buildings and corporate offices. Employees must present themselves in a clean and respectful manner, communicate professionally, and remain aware of clients, patients, employees, and building occupants. Maintaining a clean work area is essential. The selected applicant must protect surrounding spaces and leave each jobsite clean and organized at the end of every shift. Schedule and Travel Work is primarily performed during regular daytime hours. Some projects may require after-hours, overnight, or weekend work based on client and project needs. Applicants must be willing and able to travel directly to projects throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties, with occasional work in other Southern California areas.
