Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Perform residential remodeling projects, including nurse stations, bathrooms, shower rooms and resident living spaces. Basic level of reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Install cabinets, countertops, flooring, light fixtures, receptacles and switches. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment. Dust mitigation and proper disposal of debris. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential/commercial remodeling or construction. Proficient in carpentry, drywall installation, smooth coating and textured finishes, painting, and other remodeling skills. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and must be on time. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be flexible at times with work hours and days.
