We are looking for an experienced Painter & Drywall Technician to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, is dependable, works well independently, and understands the importance of professionalism and quality work on every job site.

What You'll Do:

Perform interior and exterior painting Prepare surfaces, including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming Hang, tape, mud, texture, and finish drywall Complete drywall repairs and patchwork Match existing drywall textures and finishes Perform paint touch-ups and detailed finish work Protect flooring, fixtures, furniture, and surrounding areas while working Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Work independently as well as alongside other members of the construction team Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and coworkers

What We're Looking For:

Professional experience in painting and drywall installation/finishing Strong knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and drywall finishing Ability to produce clean, high-quality finish work Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs Dependable, punctual, and able to manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to jobsites throughout Sonoma County Ability to provide customary hand tools appropriate to the trade Ability to safely perform the essential physical functions of construction work, with or without reasonable accommodation Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30 AM-4:00
