[Insert Date] Job Overview We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented cleaning crew or individual cleaners for a comprehensive post-construction clean of two local schools . This is a fast-paced, short-term project lasting approximately 1 to 2 weeks. The ideal candidates will have experience in commercial or construction cleaning and a sharp eye for detail to ensure the facilities are spotless and ready for occupancy.

Travel Reimbursement:

Commuter/travel compensation available for qualified distances. Key Responsibilities Your main goal will be removing construction dust and debris to make the schools shine.

Duties include:

Floor Care:

Thoroughly vacuuming all carpeted areas and cleaning/mopping tile flooring.

Cabinetry & Millwork:

Vacuuming out the interiors of all cabinets and wiping down surfaces.

Detail Dusting:

Dusting and wiping down all windowsills, countertops, shelving, and display cases.

Window Cleaning:

Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.

Sanitization:

Deep cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms (fixtures, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors).

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial work is highly preferred.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods. Attention to

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to the full 1-2 week duration of the project.

Equipment/Safety:
