- Happy Customer ️ What You'll Do Perform residential handyman jobs and home improvements with a focus on quality and professionalism Accurately estimate labor and material costs and complete jobs with customer satisfaction in mind Maintain strong communication with customers, office staff, and suppliers Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Represent Handyman Connection as a trusted, courteous professional in every interaction ✅ Your Skills & Experience (Must Have 3+ of the Following): Carpentry (framing, trim, repairs) Drywall (installation, taping, patching, texturing) Interior & Exterior Painting Minor Plumbing (fixture replacement, leak repairs) Minor Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, fixture installs) General Home Repairs & Maintenance Remodeling Experience a big plus Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in home improvement or remodeling Reliable work vehicle and own tools Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Must pass a background check Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great customer experience Comfortable using a smartphone and accessing mobile apps Independent Contractor (1099)•Must carry general liability insurance (workers comp where required) Who Thrives in This Role?
