Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Renovation Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in residential renovations, remodeling, and general construction. If you take pride in quality workmanship, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform demolition and site preparation. Install and repair drywall, trim, flooring, doors, and cabinetry. Complete painting, patching, and finishing work. Perform basic carpentry and general remodeling tasks. Assist with plumbing and electrical work when needed (within experience and licensing requirements). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Follow project schedules and complete work on time. Communicate professionally with team members and customers. Qualifications Experience in residential renovation, remodeling, or construction preferred. Knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
