Job Overview We are seeking a versatile and skilled All Around Handy Man to support our new construction projects. This role involves working on various punch list items and interior maintenance tasks, with a primary focus on carpentry and drywall. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a range of handyman duties to ensure the successful completion of construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities Perform carpentry work, including framing, drywall, trimming, and installing fixtures as needed for new construction projects. Address punch list items efficiently to ensure project completion meets quality standards. Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to building interior maintenance and repairs. Conduct maintenance painting to prepare surfaces and touch up areas as required. Assist with interior building maintenance tasks to support overall project progress. Work on-site in a safe manner, adhering to safety protocols and best practices throughout all activities. Requirements Proven experience with hand tools and carpentry/drywall work in a construction or handyman setting. Ability to work on new construction projects, focusing on punch list items and interior maintenance. Strong knowledge of building interior maintenance and painting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay:

$18.00 - $30.28 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
